Dear Friends,
I invite you to the Simon’s Call Ice Cream Social this weekend of August 22 and 23. I want to see you to say goodbye and thank you for the 30 plus years I have ministered at Our Lady of Lourdes parish. I am moving to our motherhouse in a few weeks. The move is a necessity because I have been diagnosed as a person with Alzheimer’s and am in need of extra support. You have always been a support to me in the past and I know I can count on you now. I will be at the Social after Saturday night Mass and also after the 8 am and 10 am Mass on Sunday morning. In lieu of gifts please make a donation to Simon’s Call or the Lourdes Health Ministry project for folks with Alzheimer’s.
