Interested in taking up yoga? Instructor Chandra offers this course that appeals to the beginner, intermediate and the advanced that meets Saturdays from 8:30 a.m.-9:30 a.m in the Our Lady of Lourdes Dance Studio. Please park in the Edgewood Parking lot (502 Edgewood Avenue NE, Atlanta, GA 30312).  The cost is $10 per class.  Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to fill out the waiver and set up your mat.
